Pricing
Everybody's photo collection is different and the goals of a photo organisation project will also be different for each person. In turn this means it's impossible to give flat fees for work without getting to understand more about what you want to achieve. Generally speaking, we estimate the hours we think a project will take and provide a quote based on an hourly fee, taking regular check in sessions if we think it will take a longer or shorter time. Scans are charged on a per-photo basis.

- download of iCloud photos downloaded, duplicates removed, blurry back-of-head shots removed, saved chronologically and backed up securely.
- a collection of 20,000+ digital photos and videos dating back 20 years that need to be organised, with key family events logged and separate folders for videos
- merging of two digital photo collections totalling 50,000+ pictures into a family collection, duplicates removed.
- cherry-picking favourite photos from over 1000 professional wedding pictures to create a wedding photobook

Free 30 Minute Intro Call
We will discuss your goals and vision for your photo collection, plus discuss details of the size and complexity of the collection. This will provide enough detail to give a Scope of Work with an approximate cost for the project.
Briefing Session
An initial 2 hour session to get stuck into your photo collection and your family history is the best place for us to start. This will include collating all your photos (and videos if you wish!) from devices including laptop, phone, external hard drives, Cloud storage - the list goes on! We can also discuss printed photos, slides and negatives, which can be digitised on a price-per-photo basis.
We will refine the brief from the initial consultation to decide exactly what outcomes you want, what deadlines you have (if any) and diagnose your photo collection to allow us to make any adjustments to the project cost. We can also discuss how involved (or not!) you would like to be in the project.

Fees: £100 - 2 hour session, either in person or virtually
Project Cost
On agreement of the revised project scope you will be asked to agree to our Terms & Conditions and the project will start!
We ask for 50% of the project cost up front with the remainder paid on delivery of the final files being given back to you.
Fees: Hourly rate estimated at start of project and updated during.
