Video Consultation
We begin with a call to discuss your needs and goals, identifying what is and isn't working. This helps us determine the best way to organize your photos, ensuring you get the most out of your project. We will then prepare a detailed Scope of Work outlining the process, costs, and timelines.

Photo Gathering
With a lifetime of digital photos, it is likely they live on multiple devices, including computers, phones, memory card & sticks and camera SD cards. We will work with you to bring these together either digitally or using an external hard drive, which will be backed up securely to maintain privacy

Organising Your Photos
Your photos will be organised as agreed in the Scope of Work (usually chronologically or by occasion), helping you search and find what you're looking for easily and quickly, enabling you to enjoy your collection for decades to come.

Collection Delivery
We will organise the delivery of your newly organised collection back to you, either in person, through a cloud system or using an external hard drive - whichever is easiest and most comfortable for you.
